My final body of work explores these ideas through creating modern fossils and examining contemporary objects and cultural phenomena to demonstrate what legacy we leave behind. Theming my work around current social-economic-political strife and the extinction level event that might cause it, I theorise what would survive and create my artefacts with a fossil aesthetic.
